Support tickets can be addressed to specific departments (e.g. General Question, Technical Help, Advertising Inquiry, Report Abuse), so that your question can be handled by appropriate staff members.
Before contacting us, please have a look at some of the most common questions that we receive below.

Why didn't I receive my confirmation email?
This can happen for a variety of reasons:
- You entered your e-mail incorrectly so we sent the verification e-mail to the wrong place.
- It may take a few minutes for the e-mail to arrive.
- It may be in your spam folder.
- Your ISP rejected the email, thinking it was spam.
Try to re-register a new account. If you're unable to use the same email address, perhaps try using a different email address.
Once you receive your confirmation email successfully, you should white-list Camfuze.com in your email program so it does not treat our emails as spam in the future.
I did not receive my tokens that I just purchased.
Please click refresh/reload on your browser, or try logging out and logging back in again.
Your tokens should be added to your account instantly. If you are sure that the purchase was completed successfully and you still do not have tokens after 15 minutes, please contact us.
I've been banned by a model.
Models or a model's assigned moderator can ban anyone they want for any reason. It is the model's choice who to ban or unban, so we cannot unban you from the model's room.
I cannot login to my account.
Please ensure you are entering the username and password exactly as shown in your confirmation email.
If you have forgotten your login, use the Forgot Password link and it will be emailed to you. If you do not receive your login to your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
Please contact us if you still have trouble and make sure to include the username and e-mail address for the account.
I am having technical difficulties.

Will I receive a response?
We read all support tickets. However, you may not get a reply if you're reporting a problem that is affecting hundreds of other members who have already notified us.
We will respond when:
- The answer to the inquiry is not already posted in this wiki
- We require more information about the inquiry
